We're looking for a Content Strategist who can define and drive the overall content vision for SuperBottoms. This role blends creativity, strategy, and performance -- owning brand storytelling, content direction, and communication across all platforms. You will lead a team of writers and work closely with creative, marketing, and performance teams to create content that inspires, engages, and converts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the brand's content strategy, including tone, voice, and visual direction.
Develop brand story, communication frameworks, and consistent messaging across website, social media, packaging, and campaigns.
Create product storytelling frameworks and briefs highlighting USPs, benefits, and emotional connect.
Lead cataloguing content strategy (titles, bullets, A+ content, visuals) in partnership with the E-commerce team.
Guide performance-led content (static + video) based on personas, trends, and campaign goals.
Analyze content performance and evolve messaging using insights and data.
Manage and mentor a team of copywriters and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive monthly content calendars and conceptualize campaign ideas for brand and performance channels.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or similar.
4-7 years in content strategy, brand communication, or digital marketing (D2C experience preferred).
Strong storytelling, brand-building, and performance-copywriting skills.
Experience leading content teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid understanding of content analytics and data-led decision making.
