Job Description

LearnTube is hiring a full-stack content creator who lives and breathes content, someone who can be both in front of and behind the camera. If you're the kind of person who naturally spots trends, loves scripting + shooting + editing your own videos, and wants to grow a bold personal and brand voice on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, this role is for you. This isn't a content planning or copywriting job. This is a do-it-all, end-to-end creator role with high visibility, working directly with LearnTube's Founders to shape both their personal brands and LearnTube's social presence.

What You'll Do:



1. Strategy & Brand Marketing:

Develop and execute a brand-led content marketing strategy that supports LearnTube's positioning, growth, and product roadmap. Own the tone, voice, and visual identity across all content formats and platforms. Plan integrated campaigns that span all social media, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Content Creation & Performance:

Be on camera for reels, shorts, and videos with confidence and authenticity. Lead the end-to-end production of content--ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing. Create eye-catching visuals, statistics, carousels, and infographics using Canva or similar tools. Spot and adapt trends, memes, and hooks to fit our brand and goals.
3. Growth & Channel Ownership:

Build the content presence for both LearnTube and its founders across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Use analytics to inform what's working, double down on winning formats, and optimise publishing cadence. Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to build authentic, engaging narratives

You're a Great Fit If You:



Love being on camera and have strong performance/presentation skills Can shoot/edit on your own using your phone with basic gear Know how to build content that hooks--whether it's a 3-second scroll-stopper or a 3-minute video Are fluent in Canva and basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.) Have a solid sense of humour, are up to date with internet trends, and can adapt them to a brand voice Understand what works on at least 2 of the 3: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high autonomy
Bonus if you've: Run your own content page/channel, Created content for a brand, agency, or college club, Built something viral--even if once!
