Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Content Strategist

with

2+ years of experience

to plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand brand communication, audience behavior, and content performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business goals Plan and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms Create and oversee content for posts, reels, captions, blogs, and campaigns Coordinate with design, performance, and client servicing teams Conduct content research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging Track content performance and suggest improvements Support campaign ideation and pitch presentations

AI-Assisted Content Creation

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content drafts, ideas, captions, and scripts. Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure clarity, creativity, and brand relevance. Create short-form and long-form content based on project needs.

Execution & Coordination

Prepare content briefs for the creative team. Ensure timely delivery of planned content and campaign materials. Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency and meet deadlines.

Performance & Optimization

Track performance of published content. Suggest data-backed improvements and optimization ideas. Stay updated with emerging trends in content, AI tools, and social media.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Content Strategist / Content Planner Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats Excellent written communication and storytelling skills Experience working with brands or digital agencies Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a must
