What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, productivity and communication skills.
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Hiring freelancer reporters.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
• Making content strategy and come up with the new initiative to improve push notification performance and other business level numbers
• Understanding of user content consumption behavior, user appetite, so accordingly make strategies for the content.
• Understanding the performance of content based on data analysis and making the necessary improvements.

• Good at handling a team.
• On-the-job training for new joiners.
• Proficient in Marathi (Read, Write, Speak).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be Computer literate.
• Proficient in MS office.

• One should possess managerial skills to manage different teams, allocate work according to team members.
• One should be able to make decisions to achieve monthly goals and help individual team members to achieve individual goals and targets.
• One should understand the importance of content, because content can pull all the business numbers.
• One should have a deep understanding of well performing content in respective state to pull user interest on our platform.
• One should have understanding of user content consumption behavior, user appetite, so accordingly make strategies for the content.
• One should make content strategy and come up with the new initiative to improve push notification performance and other business level numbers
• One should be aggressive enough to bring new initiatives to improve business level numbers
• One should have a decent understanding of data analysis and must know Excel.
• One should be able to manage the daily content flow on platform
• One should be from top colleges of Tier 1 or 2 cities
• journalism background preferable/ at least 2 years of experience in the content industry
• One should have deep knowledge about language to write, read and speak

• One should possess hiring skills
