Job Description

Content specialist's major role is to provide support for Third Party Data onboarding within Company Data. The specialist will be accountable for onboarding Third Party Content data using next gen automation strategy, delivering key projects on automation, Business Cases, and supporting Data Strategy teams. The role is accountable to collaborate with multiple Vendor onboarding and functions within Company Data for Private Companies Data on boarding. Primarily will be supporting Ownership Data onboarding from Third Party Sources.
Essential ResponsibilitiesWrite functional specifications on various components of Third-Party Data onboarding. Provide thought leadership to solves problems and implementing strategic solutions on data boarding to DBoR / Azure and Products. Play a lead role in crafting and driving Roadmap deliveries and provide input in solving key issues that directly impact business. Establish and demonstrate positive partnership with Data Scient, Technology, Product Management and Data Strategy teams to deliver on business-critical initiatives and content enhancements. Participate in planning and execution of content collection, onboarding and delivery strategy Support to Market Driven Metrics for Third Party Data and improving customer experience. Provide superior customer service by ensuring the quality and level of support meets or exceeds the customers' expectations.

Qualification and ExperienceBachelor's degree and/or a master's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of customer / business requirements and experience in mentoring the team working on multiple projects in collaboration with Technology development and QA teams

Candidate needs to have spent at least 2 years in the existing roleAttention to detail, time management skills and ability to work with peers and teams across different locations. Some experience of driving transformation initiatives which involve system improvements, providing requirements to technology partners and owning improvement in applications that support content collection and distribution is a must. Ability to prioritize and deliver on business-critical projects with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Stakeholder management leadership skills and be a champion of innovation and driving change. Highly customer-centric, with a passion for high quality output and for delighting the customer

Knowledge & Skill:Broad business knowledge of Ownership Content General knowledge of all relevant business related to Private Companies Data Business Requirements writing skills and Knowledge on Python Skills Resolves critical business issues through application of in-depth skills, knowledge and understanding of industry issues Provides input on resolving key issues and proactively recommends process or product improvements to internal / external business challenges or regulatory issues Inclination to learn new technology (Azure Fabric) and any other technology to improve the Private Companies offerings


Required Skills:Deep knowledge and understanding of Ownership Content Clear and proven passion for customer service and excellence. Delivery against goals with a focused approach to execution, a willingness to make decisions, and develop a culture of performance and accountability. Ability to build strong relationships and manage across boundaries. Proven success in achieving teamwork for positive purpose regionally and globally. Ability to build and maintain strong external and internal organization partnerships! Good communication and presentation skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Drive and complete tasks/projects independently or with minimal direction! Technical Skills like SQL, Power Bi and Python coding skills
