The Role :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Content Specialist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating

high-quality, engaging

,

and impactful content

while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Research, draft, and publish blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, and social media content

Develop content that is clear, accurate, engaging, and optimized for digital platforms

(SEO awareness

preferred)

Work closely with subject matter experts in healthcare, pharma, and clinical research to

simplify complex topics

Ensure

brand voice and tone consistency

across all communication channels

Contribute to

content strategy, editorial calendars, and campaign messaging

Track content performance and adapt based on

analytics and market insights

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharma, Clinical Research, or related field

2+ years of professional content writing experience

(agency, corporate, or freelance)

Strong ability to simplify technical/complex concepts into audience-friendly language

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

with an eye for detail

Experience

collaborating with

cross-functional

teams and meeting deadlines

Familiarity with

digital tools

(Google Docs, CMS, SEO tools, project management software)

Preferred / Nice to Have :

Exposure to

clinical research, healthcare, or pharmaceutical content

Understanding of

regulated industries and compliance-driven content

Experience in creating

thought leadership

content for

B2B

audiences
