Key Responsibilities
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions, product stories, and posts for Instagram & Facebook (daily)
Create & schedule 10-15 pieces ( with the help of our designer team) of content weekly (Reels, carousels, Stories, polls)
Manage community interactions -- reply to comments, DMs, and customer queries within 1 hour
Assist in planning weekly social media calendars & campaign ideas
Write blog posts, emailers, and WhatsApp broadcasts
Help maintain 5 Petal's soft, conscious, eco-friendly voice across all channels ,coordinates with our creative team.
Track basic engagement metrics & suggest improvements
Collaborate with photography & design interns for content shoots & visuals
