We are seeking a
Content & Social Brand Manager
to be the driving creative force. You will own the narrative, the calendar, and the engagement--turning complex science into relatable, scroll-stopping content for the Indian consumer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation (The Storyteller)
Narrative Ownership:
Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy across all digital touchpoints (Social Media, Blog, Email, Website A+ Content).
Scientific Translation:
Translate the principles of cold therapy (e.g., how it reduces inflammation and numbs pain) into engaging, simplified educational content, bridging the gap between medical efficacy and consumer understanding.
Copywriting:
Write compelling, high-converting copy for all marketing needs, including ad creatives, email newsletters, website banners, and product descriptions.
Visual Direction:
Conceptualize and script all visual assets, including short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts), static graphics, and infographic concepts. Ensure all content maintains a premium, "icy" Biofrost aesthetic.
2. Social Media & Community Management (The Voice)
Platform Management:
Own the content calendar, posting, and scheduling across key channels:
Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Audience Engagement:
Actively manage and grow the Biofrost community. Respond to comments, DMs, and user queries with the brand voice, turning followers into loyal advocates.
Localization:
Skillfully use
Hinglish
and culturally relevant references (e.g., Bollywood, Cricket, regional festival trends) to make the content resonate deeply with the Indian audience.
Social Listening:
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and brand mentions to identify reactive content opportunities and mitigate potential PR issues.
3. Blog & SEO Content
Blog Ownership:
Manage the entire blog lifecycle, from keyword research (working with the SEO team) to writing, editing, and publishing articles focused on pain management, recovery science, and muscle health.
Ensure all published content is accurate, brand-aligned, and adheres to regulatory guidelines for health and wellness claims.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience:
3+ years in a content creation, copywriting, or social media management role, preferably within a
D2C, FMCG, or Health/Wellness brand in India.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating high-engagement social media content (especially short-form video scripts/Reels) and high-quality long-form articles.
Digital Fluency:
Mastery of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics (e.g., Meta Insights).
Language Skills:
Exceptional command of English and strong proficiency in Hindi/Hinglish for effective audience connection.

A proactive, hands-on approach. You are not just a strategist; you are a builder who gets things done quickly and creatively.
