What you get to do in this role:
Mission of this team: Build and deliver world’s best B2B Digital Marketing Experience to prospects and customers. Role Description: QA the content as part of the content authoring and publishing process to ensure high-quality is maintained while updating new content to existing and new pages of ServiceNow.com and other web properties. Leverage AEM CMS system and testing tools and methodology to perform the role

  • Understand the context and requirements and Develop and execute test cases
  • Create, update and monitor defects to resolution using bug-tracking tool
  • Test front-end web functionality including cross browser capability, responsive, and community aspects
  • Test regression tests for web pages before/during/after go-live across browsers/devices. Check things like 404 errors, ensure pages on translated websites have right fall-back options, etc.
  • Work with development team to get the fixes implemented and close the defects
  • Check content appropriateness like grammar, spelling, sentence construction, etc
  • Testing page performance, accessibility testing, analytics tagging, etc.
  • Analyze existing automation infrastructure and solutions and leverage the same in testing
  • Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:
  • 3+ years of experience with Software Quality Assurance testing and processes
  • Strong Experience with AEM and Content QA methodology
  • Strong Experience with QA of Web Properties for Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
  • Experience with load and performance testing
  • Experience with web application testing, cross browser testing, responsive designs, HTML 5, CSS, Jquery, Javascript testing
  • Experience with Agile/scrum/waterfall development and project methodologies
  • Exposure to Content Authoring and Publishing will be huge
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good team player and ability to collaborate well with global teams
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
