Content Strategist - Great work culture- Great financial rewards- Flexible working options- Our Client is a technology consulting company operating in South East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and the Middle East region. - We are passionate about taking on immense challenges that matter to our clients and helping them in optimizing business processes, reducing costs, and improving profits.The JobYour Responsibilities will include :- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in e-learning structure, course approach, teaching tools, methodologies, content development, online training techniques, course management, e-learning product management.- Updating older content to meet new content standards.- Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.- Overseeing technical content such as PPTs, Lab exercises, Project structures, Reading materials, e-learning videos, social media communications, content, and e-learning plans.- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas, e-learning needs, technologies, teaching techniques, e-learning content development methods.- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends, technologies, and markets.- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars- Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and content creators to implement the strategy- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed- Developing editorial, learning, and training strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms- Conducting periodic content audits, tracking, and calculating content ROI- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectivesIdeal CandidateSkills Required :- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field. - You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Writing, Design or Editing role.- Excellent E-Learning course strategizing skills : Strategizing the approach to develop, design, and deliver the course to the end audience. You should be able to perform detailed research and structure your product with the best traits gathered from different sources.- Great research skills: you need to be a good observer, researcher, and executor to analyze other products, gain inspiration and develop better course plans, curriculums, structures and lead the content team to develop solutions.- Excellent copywriting skills : if you can't write great content, it doesn't matter how well you strategize it. You need excellent copywriting skills to be able to plan, direct, design, and edit content that gets results.- Content presentation skills : you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.- Content delivery skills : you determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to your audience.- You should have experience in handling and strategizing e-learning courses and curriculums.- Multitasking and organizational skills : you will have to handle several types of projects and people regularly- Editorial competency: you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, and more- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data- Good leadership skills: coordinate with teams and get the project accomplished within deadlines.- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.- You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines.- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments (ref:updazz.com)
