About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, organised Content Production Manager to keep the engine running behind all our shoots. This role is part logistics, part coordination, and fully essential to making great content happen. If you know how to wrangle people, places, and props--and still keep your cool--this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

Align crew, talent (models/influencers/etc.), and equipment for each shoot

Manage pre-production calendars, call sheets, and timelines

Handle any last-minute changes or troubleshooting on shoot days

Conduct recces, assess lighting/space/accessibility, and lock final locations

Liaise with location owners, handle permits if needed

Source, rent, or purchase props and wardrobe items as per creative briefs

Manage returns, storage, and inventory where needed

Build and manage a reliable network of freelance crew, model agencies, prop vendors, etc.

Negotiate rates and handle basic contracts/invoicing

Ensure everything runs on schedule and according to plan

Support the creative team to bring the vision to life, without letting the logistics slip

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in content production, fashion/lifestyle shoots, or similar

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident working across multiple projects and tight timelines

Comfortable leading on both planning and execution

Familiarity with production equipment, shoot workflows, and location logistics

Bonus If You

Have experience managing budgets or cost tracking

Are hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Already have a trusted network of vendors and freelancers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
