About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Content Production Associate to join our communications team. This role combines video production, photography, and post-production expertise to create compelling visual content across digital platforms, educational initiatives, and institutional documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and institutional storytelling
Capture and edit photography for events, campus activities, and promotional materials
Produce short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and other social platforms
Collaborate with the communications team to maintain visual consistency across all content
Manage end-to-end content production from pre-production through final delivery
Cover institutional events and activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
Experience in videography and photography with understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and photography work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Technical Requirements:
Must possess a high-performance laptop capable of handling video editing workflows
Access to basic camera equipment for content capture
