Own day-to-day production of creative content (videos, photos, static creatives, brochures, offline collateral). Coordinating editors and designers to deliver accurate, on-brand videos and creatives on time.
Key Responsibilities
Convert briefs into production tasks; build and track simple content calendars.
Coordinate video editors (cuts, subtitles, lower-thirds, aspect ratios) and designers (thumbnails, posters, social creatives).
QA every asset: correct text, logo use, spellings, durations, formats (9:16/1:1/16:9), captions.
Maintain asset library, file naming, and version control; handoff to marketing promptly.
Collect feedback from stakeholders; drive quick revisions and final approvals.
Report weekly status: items delivered, blockers, next week's plan.
Who You Are
2-4 years in content production or creative ops (agency or brand).
Working knowledge of video + design workflows and tools (Premiere/Final Cut basics, Canva/Figma familiarity).
Skilled at creating creatives for ads that convert and social media content that drives engagement.
Basic copy sense and subtitle/typography hygiene.
Clear communicator; comfortable with checklists, trackers, and SOPs.
Strong project management; calm under deadlines; obsess over details.
