Content & Podcast Production Intern

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, learn the ins and outs of content production, and develop your on-camera presence--all while contributing to a dynamic, fast-moving brand.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Camera Content

Appear in short-form videos, skits, and podcast snippets for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Assist with behind-the-scenes or brand-related video content. Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for video scripts, hooks, and trending formats.

2. Podcast Coordination

Research and identify potential podcast guests aligned with brand themes. Reach out and follow up with guests through email and social platforms. Manage guest scheduling and logistics using tools such as Calendly, Notion, or Airtable. Support with guest preparation, including writing bios, drafting sample questions, and summarizing key insights.

3. Production Support

Help coordinate shoot logistics--locations, recording setups, lighting, and other technical details. Upload and organize content for editors, ensuring proper tagging and version tracking. Maintain a content tracker to monitor ideas, shoot progress, and episode releases.

Skills & Qualities

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Eager to learn about podcasting, marketing, and digital media strategy. Basic familiarity with

Canva, Notion, or GoHighLevel

(training provided).
