You will
run the entire content system

The founder will record for 1 hour per week.
Your job is to turn that 1 hour into
daily content across platforms
.
If you can think, shoot, edit, write, publish, and manage timelines without being chased -- this role is made for you.
What You'll Do
Content Creation (Core Role)
Plan weekly content themes.
Extract 15-40 content pieces from one recording session.
Shoot additional content when required (office, product, b-roll).
Turn raw talk into high-performing formats:
Reels / Shorts
Carousels
Pinterest pins
Text posts
Thumbnails & covers
Writing & Scripting
Write hooks, captions, titles, descriptions.
Convert founder talk into scripts for future videos.
Create story-style posts.
Improve clarity and punch of recorded content.
Editing & Production
Edit content for:
YouTube Shorts
Instagram Reels
Facebook
Pinterest
Add captions, punchy cuts, subtitles, and edits.
Maintain consistent look and brand style.
Publishing & Distribution
Post across:
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube Shorts
Pinterest
Maintain content calendar.
Track what goes live and when.
Strategy & Growth Support
Spot content patterns that perform.
Suggest topics weekly.
Study competitor content.
Improve hooks and delivery style over time.
Operations & Ownership
Maintain folders.
Organize content libraries.
Track:
Filmed content
Edited content
Posted content
Ensure no delays, no chaos, no missing assets.
RequirementsYou Must:
Be comfortable speaking to a camera.
Be comfortable telling a founder what works and what doesn't.
Be consistent and reliable.
Think like a creator and execute like an operator.
Handle content independently.
Tools You Should Know:
CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut
Canva / Photoshop (basic)
Google Drive, Sheets, Notion
Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest formats
Bonus Skills:
Understanding of virality and hooks.
Experience with personal brand content.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing / funnels.
