Job Title: Content Moderator

Location: Remote (but candidate should be in Hyderabad)

Shift: 17:30 IST to 02:30 IST

Budget:

Description: We are seeking a skilled Content Moderator with a minimum of 3 years of

experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based out of

Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

? Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community

guidelines and policies.

? Identify and escalate sensitive content including but not limited to offensive,

inappropriate, or harmful material.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform integrity and user

safety.

? Apply content moderation decisions consistently and accurately under set

guidelines.

? Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.

Requirements:

? At least 3 years of experience in content moderation, preferably with exposure to

social media platforms.

? Strong preference for candidates with experience moderating Snapchat content or

similar platforms.

? Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound judgment in complex

situations.

? Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high

quality standards.

? Strong communication skills and ability to document moderation decisions clearly

For 2 candidates this is the requirement:

? Minimum 3 years of experience in content moderation

? Fully remote role (preference for candidates based in Hyderabad)

? Shift timings - 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

? Some knowledge of Snapchat would be an added advantage

For 1 candidate:

? Minimum 3 years of experience in content moderation

? Work from office (preference for candidates based in Hyderabad)

? Shift timings - 24/7

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
