Monitor social media, reviews, forums, and other online platforms for brand mentions. Moderate user-generated content to ensure it follows guidelines. Draft professional responses to customer queries, complaints, or feedback. Escalate sensitive issues to the ORM team for quick resolution. Maintain accurate records of interactions and reports. Ensure timely responses and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
