Requirements
3-6 years of experience in content marketing, growth, or media production.
Deep platform literacy (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, newsletters).
Sharp storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for design and pacing.
Strong analytical mindset -- you know your CTRs, AVDs, and engagement metrics.
Solid grasp of SEO, trend timing, and content optimisation.
Proficiency in tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and scheduling dashboards.
Grit, autonomy, and curiosity about AEC, media, and innovation.
