with strong experience in

. The role focuses on building and growing personal brands (founders/leaders/creators) through high-impact content, storytelling, and platform-specific strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and authority.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage

personal branding content strategies

Create engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, videos, blogs)

Develop strong hooks, captions, and CTAs

Optimize content using

platform algorithms

(Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention

Analyze performance and optimize content continuously
