Content Marketing Specialist -

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will create engaging, high-quality content that builds brand awareness, drives traffic, and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with brand goals. Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant content. Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and more. Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content. Collaborate with design, SEO, product, and marketing teams to produce multimedia content. Track, measure, and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions). Repurpose content into different formats (infographics, videos, guides, newsletters). Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in content marketing, digital marketing, or copywriting. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with video content, podcasts, or graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite). Knowledge of paid advertising and content distribution strategies. Experience in D2C marketing campaigns.
