About the Job:
Scrut Automation is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help take our content to the next level with key buyers, influencers and communities of compliance and risk teams. With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will help shape our content, brand & product identity, strengthen our presence, and promote our position as a thought leader in the industry. You'll often work in a highly technical environment, but you need to translate that technical material into easily consumable content.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a content strategy in line with the business goals, with clearly defined measurable success parameters
Plan and execute the content calendar as per the content strategy
Plan, write, edit, proofread, publish, and promote industry-leading content including white papers, research reports, eBooks, PR articles, blogs, website copy, emails and partner marketing materials
Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
Contribute to an ongoing editorial calendar to meet marketing goals - thought leadership, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
Ensure content is consistent across all media and departments of the organization
Plan and develop a variety of multimedia content (podcasts, webinars, videos, social media platforms)
Collaborate on a technical content approach to meet the community/end-user interests, aligning content strategy with customer buyer's journey
Manage internal and external technical writing resources/agencies
Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion
Requirements :
4+ years of content marketing experience
Comfortable working across content types, and audience personas to develop compelling stories that can be told through written, spoken and digital work
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a content calendar, and agencies and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skill, editorial craftsmanship
Creating content for a variety of platforms
Strong understanding of SEO and social media processes, best practices, and social copywriting
Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution
A team player, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment
* Understanding of the risk and compliance landscape is highly advantageous
