CTG is seeking to fill a Content Marketing Manager position for our client.

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, creative Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution that drives demand generation, boosts SEO, and positions the company as an industry thought leader. This role owns the content lifecycle--from ideation to performance analysis--and ensures every piece of content delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a results-driven content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
Create and manage high-impact content across formats: blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email campaigns.
Maintain and optimize a content calendar in Monday.com for timely, coordinated delivery.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trending topics and opportunities.
Track content performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
Manage content budgets and coordinate agency workflows to deliver top-quality assets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content supports campaigns and business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for multiple formats and channels.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
Proficient with content management systems and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
Experience:
Proven success in content marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles.
Experience managing content calendars, external agencies, and content budgets.
Track record of producing content that drives measurable business results.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $42.75/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
