We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and execute a strategic, high-impact content function that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and execution -- ideal for someone who can craft narratives that resonate and fuel business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Create and manage a content calendar spanning blogs, newsletters, webinars, LinkedIn, product collateral, and partner channels.
  • Ensure all messaging reinforces a strong, customer-first brand narrative and clear market differentiation.
Content Creation & Distribution
  • Write and edit high-quality long-form content including blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies.
  • Produce thought-leadership pieces for executives and subject matter experts.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce engaging visuals, infographics, and videos.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (e.g., blog ? LinkedIn carousel ? email snippet ? short-form video).
Community & Social Media
  • Manage the brand's presence across social platforms -- especially LinkedIn and X.
  • Engage actively with relevant professional communities, amplifying the company's voice and thought leadership.
Campaign & Demand Generation Support
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop content that powers lead-generation campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy, landing page content, email nurture sequences, and event promotions.
  • Support product launches with clear, persuasive messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track content performance metrics such as engagement, SEO rankings, and MQL generation.
  • Continuously optimize existing assets for improved visibility, conversion, and lead quality.
  • Identify and scale content formats and channels that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales to capture customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives.
  • Partner with RevOps or analytics teams to assess the ROI of content initiatives.

  • Proven experience creating standout content that drives measurable impact -- whether it's widely shared ebooks, unique case studies, or videos with thousands of views.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills -- the ability to make complex or routine topics compelling and easy to understand.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious and adaptable mindset -- open to learning new tools, including AI-driven productivity and design tools.
  • High level of ownership, discipline, and results orientation.
  • Familiarity with Canva, AI video tools (e.g., InVideo), and content analytics platforms preferred.
