The Role

You are our "megaphone" to the market--crafting compelling stories that turn browsers into believers. As Content Marketing Manager, you will own

90% content creation

(copy, visuals, video) and

10% digital marketing

(campaign planning, lead gen).

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (90%)

Develop original copy (short
form & long
form) for blogs, emailers, social posts, website, collateral Storyboard and produce visual assets: images, infographics, short
form videos (Reels/YouTube Shorts) Partner with Sales & Product to translate features into benefits-driven narratives Maintain and elevate our brand voice across all channels

Digital Marketing (10%)

Plan & execute organic + paid campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads Build and nurture lead journeys via email, WhatsApp, social, calls Monitor performance (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite); deliver monthly reports
Must
Have Qualifications

3+ years in content creation & digital marketing (agency or startup) Expert copywriting skills: attention-grabbing hooks & persuasive storytelling Hands
on video editing or short
form content production Proven multi
channel campaign execution with measurable results Familiarity with Mailchimp/HubSpot (or equivalent automation) Basic SEO/SEM & Google Ads / Meta Ads experience Strong project management: juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
