Overview : If you’re a Content Marketer who has a knack for storytelling and can engage with online communities, then we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you! iResearch’s CSR team is looking for a hands-on and creative Content Marketer to scale the online presence of the company’s non-profit – Giving for Good Foundation (GfG) This marketing role requires the individual to drive Giving for Good’s website and socials through content, collaborations, and communications. The individual will lead our social media channels, blog section on the website and communications with our partner foundations to design content that is valuable, unique and drives website traffic.
Responsibilities :

• You will take the lead on Giving for Good’s monthly social calendars, which include static posts, video content, success stories, beneficiary stories, behind-the-scenes, on-ground campaign updates and quotes from the team.
• You will be responsible for the smooth running and daily scheduling on Giving for Good’s social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube under the direction of the Marketing Lead.
• You may attend events organized by our partner foundations across India.
• You will take the lead on our Goodness Journal by sourcing unique stories, conducting virtual interviews and working closely with our Content Writer to publish these weekly on the website and social channels.
• You will lead influencer collaborations on social media.
• You will engage with our audience online for any communications and to maintain a healthy brand image.
• You will assist the team with unique content and marketing activities that help raise funds through the website.

Requirements :

• A professional who can work autonomously and as part of a busy team.
• Is confident about working in the social sector, building a career with a fantastic company, and stepping in as a pioneer of an organisation with much bigger plans.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – is a must).
• Strong copywriting skills - competent in writing, grammar and editing skills in English.
• First-class organisational and administrative skills, multi-tasking - the ability to juggle multiple collaborations and deadlines.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in copy and creative.
• Happy in a quickfire work environment where internal/external requests can demand a flexible approach to daily routine.
• Can work to multiple deadlines and in a pressured environment.
• Marketing knowledge/proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist (or similar role).
• Experience using social media for business/skilled in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Has worked with Mailchimp and/or similar is a plus.
• Basics of designing (Canva) is a plus.
