What is the recruitment process: As a small team (80 folks), it\'s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 40-75 minutes, except the first call which is a short one to understand expectations. Typically the whole process takes between 10 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don\'t need to worry about travel. Skill Assessment Task: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you\'ll need to succeed in this role. Technical conversation: This will be a call with a senior member of the team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your functional skills and other competencies needed for the job, mentioned below. Culture fit conversation -1:A conversation with a senior member of the team to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode. Culture fit conversation - 2: A conversation with our Founder/CEO of the team to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode. You\'d have flexible holiday schedules You\'d have access to mentors from across the industry Content Marketer & Trainer - Role Description What you will be doing: Your role would be a dual role: that of a content marketer for Kraftshala as well as a trainer for students preparing to become Content Marketers & Social Media Marketers. Responsibilities as a Trainer: Facilitate highly interactive training sessions on content strategy and execution to help students excel in the following areas: Writing long form content for brands: blogs, website content, emailers, PR, etc. Copywriting for social media posts and ads on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Online Reputation Management by engaging with comments & DMs Lead efforts towards continuously improving our training modules, bringing the best technological tools to implementing training and coaching at scale. Create tests and evaluations specific to creating content for brands from time to time that would effectively measure students\' progress Provide detailed and relevant feedback on assignments and evaluations in a timely manner. Orienting external Experts/Mentors who will help us with the same, to ensure that students are getting timely feedback and that its quality is consistently upheld across the board. Plan and facilitate user-centric, differentiated interventions for students as necessary, using analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to assessing their learning outputs from training and performance in the placement process. Handling ad hoc operational tasks and student queries that arise from time to time related to sessions, projects, evaluations and other training activities Coordinate with other teams for tasks related to the student\'s learning, performance, growth and placements Responsibilities as a Content Marketer: Create the content strategy for Kraftshala on search and social to amplify our positioning \'Education so good, you only pay after placement\'. Lead execution of the content by leading a team of writers and content creators. Using analytics do define KPIs that would be used to measure content success and iterate strategy continuously. Coordinate with the SEO, social, and PR team to ensure that all content efforts get the most buck for their money. Strategise and execute content marketing initiatives of Kraftshala such as webinar events directed towards applicants as well as alumni. Must Haves: Excellent communication skills - Spoken and written Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities. 3-5 years of experience in using content to drive brand growth. Passion for helping people learn, grow and fulfill their potential. Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build relationships, instill confidence, uplift self-esteem and bring positivity, encouragement and enthusiasm to spaces being held with students. Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both orally and in writing. A knack of getting things done within deadlines. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results independently. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and Google tools, and enthusiasm, comfort and agility with learning other online tools and technologies that aid skill-building in the virtual space for small and large groups of students. Good to Haves: Interest/experience in creating content for growing brands Acclaimed professional certification in communication training (Cambridge/British Council and similar organizations) Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets Skills Location: We are a remote work organization
