Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar
Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content including reels, carousels, posts, stories, and captions
Collaborate with design, video, influencer, and performance marketing teams
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social channels
Stay updated with trends, memes, platform updates, and viral formats
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize content accordingly
Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and brand interactions
Coordinate with influencers and creators for content collaborations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience managing social media content for a brand or agency
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video trends
Excellent copywriting skills with platform-specific tone
Experience with content planning and scheduling tools
Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
Strong creative thinking and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Hands-on experience with reels, short-form videos, and creator content
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout
