Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage content from
ideation to delivery
across all platforms
Manage and optimize
social media accounts
(Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Drive
organic traffic growth
through content strategy and SEO-friendly practices
Develop and manage
video, reel, and long-form content
for Instagram & YouTube
Handle
podcast planning, scripting, coordination, and publishing
Ensure consistent brand voice for
Digital Azadi
Coordinate with design, marketing, and video teams for timely execution
Analyze content performance and optimize strategies using insights and analytics
Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadline adherence
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Content Manager or Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of
Instagram & YouTube algorithms
Knowledge of
organic growth strategies and SEO basics
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience with
podcast content
is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with content tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
Preferred Skills
Experience in
digital marketing or ed-tech sector
Basic understanding of video editing and content trends
Data-driven mindset with creative execution
