The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
Develop and manage a daily content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Content Creation and Management:
Writing and overseeing the entire content lifecycle, including planning, development, production, and optimization of content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Strategy Development:
Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive content strategy that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs. Create impactful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and reflect brand values.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance using analytics tools to optimize future campaigns. Collect, monitor and analyse social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
Branding:
Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure content supports overall business goals.
Team Management:
Manage and guide content creators to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Content Manager.
Candidates with a journalistic background will be strongly preferred.
Proven ability to craft content that drives engagement and supports strategic goals.
Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
