Role Overview We're looking for a Creative & Content Manager who can own the ZILO voice across digital and on-ground channels. You'll craft content that makes people stop scrolling, build narratives that drive brand love, and lead the charge on social storytelling, campaign ideation, and offline experiences. Think of this as a hybrid of copy lead, content strategist, social storyteller, and cultural curator. Key Responsibilities ? Write high-impact copy across platforms--social media, website, product drops, ad creatives, brand videos, etc. ? Script Reels, influencer collabs, and brand storytelling pieces ? Build and maintain a consistent brand voice that's fashion-forward, fun, and culturally sharp ? Partner with designers and growth teams to plan, write, and execute a weekly content calendar ? Create platform-native content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and more ? Own campaign thinking--from concept lines and copy to creative direction and hooks ? Support the design and performance teams with messaging for ads, promos, and video content ? Plan and execute launch moments across digital and on-ground channels ? Conceptualize on-ground brand experiences (pop-ups, events, college activations, etc.) ? Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to bring offline campaigns to life ? Ensure brand tone and storytelling are extended consistently across physical formats What We're Looking For ? 3-6 years of experience in content, copywriting, creative marketing, or social storytelling ? Strong portfolio of work across brand campaigns, social posts, videos, and creative decks ? A natural storyteller with a love for culture, fashion, and digital-first branding ? Ability to multitask between strategy, copy, execution, and team collaboration ? Bonus: Experience working in fashion, D2C, or performance-driven content teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
