As the Content Team Lead, you will oversee content creation and management across key digital platforms--including the portal, social media, and WhatsApp--to ensure clear, engaging, and consistent communication aligned with government standards. You will also coordinate with creative and technical teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the content team responsible for portal, social media, and WhatsApp platforms.

Translate departmental or technical inputs into accessible, citizen-facing language.

An editorial calendar

Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and technical teams on integrated, multi-format campaigns.
Track content performance using engagement metrics and feedback--continuously refining strategy based on data.
Ensure multilingual accuracy and compliance with government communication norms and style guides.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in content creation or digital content management, preferably within government or regulated environments.
Leadership experience in coordinating editorial or digital teams preferred AdzunaIndeed.
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; ability to translate technical inputs into clear, citizen-oriented messaging.
Strong project management abilities; capable of handling multiple platforms and deadlines.
Familiarity with content calendars, CMS tools, and common analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language proficiency and sensitivity to multilingual content requirements in alignment with government policy.
