an experienced
Content Manager
to join their organization. The person will lead the creation, management, and optimization of digital content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and the target audience. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing content across channels including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Prior experience in the art category would be an added advantage.

The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Essential Education & Experience:
A degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, or a related Humanities field.
7-10 years of proven experience in content strategy, creation, and team leadership across digital platforms
Proven ability to ideate and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of current trends in culture and communication.
Passion for and knowledge of art, culture, and the creative industries to support marketing initiatives.

Ability to develop and implement long-term content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional content teams.
Deep understanding of content quality, brand tone, and storytelling across different formats and platforms.
Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work seamlessly across departments (tech, design, marketing, leadership).
Agile in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment with the ability to pivot strategies when needed.
High level of precision in reviewing, editing, and ensuring content meets brand and legal standards.
Constantly seeks new approaches, trends, and tools to enhance content engagement and reach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
