The Asia Business Development and Marketing team is an ambitious and talented team that drive best practice profile raising and work winning activities across 10 countries in Asia. We are seeking a Content Manager with exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry to join our Marketing & Communications team in India. This role will focus on creating high-impact content that supports our brand, thought leadership, and business development goals across the region. The successful candidate will be based in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore.
You will be responsible for producing a wide range of content--from white papers and opinion articles to case studies, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and knowledge-sharing materials. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that showcase our industry expertise and elevate our profile.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with the India marketing strategy.
Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to the construction industry, including:
White papers and thought leadership articles
Case studies and project profiles
Social media posts and campaigns
Email marketing content
Knowledge-share decks and presentations
Award submissions and external communications
Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex ideas into accessible, impactful content.
Stakeholder Engagement
Influence senior stakeholders with well-crafted narratives and strategic messaging.
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify content opportunities.
Provide editorial guidance and support to internal contributors.
Brand & Messaging
Ensure all content aligns with Turner & Townsend's brand voice and messaging.
Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms.
Support Asia-wide and global campaigns with region-specific content.
Digital & Social Media
Develop content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to boost engagement and visibility.
Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics and feedback.
Internal Communication
Contribute to internal newsletters and communications to share regional success stories and insights.
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams and geographies.
Reporting & ROI
Track content performance and engagement metrics.
Contribute to leadership reports and campaign evaluations.
Qualifications
Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
