Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Manage content creation across formats: blogs, web copy, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, social media, video scripts, etc.
Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Oversee content calendar and ensure timely publication.
Edit, proofread, and improve writers' posts.
Optimize content according to SEO best practices.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and make data-driven decisions.
Manage internal and freelance content creators as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing developments, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or similar role.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing tools.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
