About Lingpad



Lingpad is a B2B SaaS platform built for modern customer support teams.



We started with AI Translation, and are now expanding into a full AI support platform with:

AI Translation for multilingual customer support AI Agents that resolve support queries autonomously AI Copilot that assists human agents with faster, more accurate responses


Lingpad integrates with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and HubSpot, and serves global support teams that care about speed, quality, trust, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

We are hiring a Content Manager who will operate as a one-person inbound demand engine for Lingpad.



This is a deeply hands-on role. You will own content end-to-end with a clear focus on inbound demand, not vanity content. There is no Product Marketing Manager, no agency, and no junior team supporting you.



Your core mission:

Drive qualified inbound demand by clearly explaining AI Translation, AI Agents, and AI Copilot to customer support leaders.



This role is office-based and requires consistent collaboration with founders, product, and sales teams.

What You Will Own (End-to-End)



Inbound Content Strategy & Execution

Own Lingpad's inbound content pipeline Research, write, edit, publish, and optimize: + Blog posts focused on AI Translation, AI Agents, and AI Copilot
+ SEO and AEO-driven long-form content
+ Use-case and integration pages
+ Comparison and alternative pages
+ Customer stories and real-world workflows
Maintain and execute a content calendar independently


AI Product Education & Trust Content

Explain AI capabilities in simple, credible language Translate AI features into clear customer outcomes Address trust, accuracy, and reliability concerns around AI Support product launches with inbound-focused educational content


Community & Market Listening

Monitor and participate in relevant communities (including Reddit) Answer questions authentically without promotion Capture real buyer language, objections, and intent signals Feed insights back into founders, sales, and product teams


Content Optimization & Demand Impact

Refresh and improve existing high-intent content Optimize pages for conversions and pipeline contribution Ensure consistency across the website and help with content Support sales with content used in live deals


Who You Are

5+ years of experience creating inbound content for B2B SaaS Proven track record of driving inbound demand through content Comfortable writing deeply about AI, automation, and SaaS workflows Strong long-form writing and editing skills Self-directed and accountable for outcomes Comfortable operating as a one-person content team Able to work from office, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Comfortable collaborating closely with founders and senior stakeholders


Bonus if you have:

Experience writing for CX, support, or SaaS operations teams Experience with AI-first or automation-led products Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, Ahrefs, or similar
