Key Responsibilities



Plan and oversee

social media content calendars

in collaboration with the social media team. Strategize and coordinate

masterclasses and performance ad campaigns

with marketing and sales teams. Develop and execute a

content strategy

for the company's

website, blog, and social media platforms

. Research and implement strategies to

organically grow the company's reach and engagement

with valuable, high-quality content. Work with design and marketing teams to ensure

brand consistency

across all platforms. Track and analyze

content performance metrics

, ensuring data-driven improvements. If capable, create content independently (articles, posts, campaigns, scripts, etc.) - considered a strong advantage*.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education:

B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA (Marketing/HR) or graduates with strong technical background/knowledge in the tech industry.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in

content strategy, content marketing, or social media content management

, preferably in the

EdTech industry

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing trends, SEO, and audience engagement strategies

. Excellent

content planning, copywriting, and project management

skills. Ability to collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(design, social media, marketing, sales). Knowledge of

performance marketing and ad content planning

is a plus.
