Job Description

We are looking for two Delivery and Reporting Content Managers to join our Content Operations Team in India. These senior individual contributors will report either to the Director of Content Ingest or the Director of Web of Science. This is an amazing opportunity to play a role in taking our teams to the next level in terms of operational excellence: ensuring appropriate metrics are defined and met, and that reporting provides the visibility needed to manage processes effectively and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• At least 5 years of experience in a role focused on operational excellence, delivery or reporting
• Proven experience in setting and measuring operational key performance indicators, and strong data analytics skills to uncover trends and identify opportunities to drive improvement
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to collaborate effectively, manage stakeholders and lead change
• Proven experience in leading regular operational calls to assess delivery and drive improvement

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Relevant industry experience such as in academic publishing or data acquisition
• Experience of working as part of a global team
• An interest in technology including process automation and data science
• Practical experience of working on tools like Power BI and Minitab

What will you be doing in this role?

• Own the delivery and KPI reporting activities for the respective content groups
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure appropriate metrics are established, measured and met
• Ensure excellence in our processes, analyzing data to identify ongoing opportunities to improve
• Ensure reporting provides the visibility needed to effectively manage the flow of data from source to product
• Engage and inform stakeholders through well-crafted purposeful communications
• Develop, track and report on action plans taken to resolve issues, escalating issues when necessary

About the Team
Clarivate’s Content Operations team is a large, global team concerned with the acquisition, extraction and enrichment of content from academic literature, patents, trademarks and web sources. Our efforts feed key products such as Cortellis and Web of Science which provide our customers with the data and insight needed to power the innovation lifecycle.
