Instructional Design Creation of knowledge assets might include diagrams, charts, and other visuals to enhance understanding. Maintaining Documentation They update and revise documents as knowledge evolves, new knowledge becomes available, or knowledge is retired. Ensuring Consistency They ensure that all documentation follows a consistent style and format in accordance to brand standards and writing guidelines. Writing Skills Clear, concise, and grammatically correct writing in local language requirements. Technical Human Resources Knowledge Foundational knowledge of Human Resources topics and services. Consulting skills Ability to gather information from various sources and validate its importance, using judgement to determine the most critical components for the end user. Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation. Communication Skills Collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders. Organizational Skills Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills Clarifying and simplifying complex topics for users. Familiarity with Tools Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Suite, ServiceNow, and other content management systems.
