CTG is seeking to fill a Content Management Specialist position for our client.
Location: Remote
Overview:
Join a dynamic team to produce, format, and publish high-quality content across enterprise content management systems. This role ensures accurate, timely content delivery while supporting process improvements and system workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert and format content in HTML or XML, including images, video, hyperlinks, and tables.
Proofread content to ensure visual and grammatical accuracy.
Manage priorities to meet publishing deadlines.
Troubleshoot content and system issues.
Monitor workflows and recommend improvements for efficient content production.
Collaborate with team members on dual-system content management and QA.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years in publishing/production or 7+ years in media/production.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore.
Strong knowledge of HTML, structured content workflows, and metadata management.
Project management experience in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Education:
Associate's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Background in web publishing, design, or health/science information is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
