RESPONSIBILITIES:



Coordinates for content management and creates necessary content for various platforms viz:- blogs, FB, Instagram, Linked in etc.. The content must be unique for various platforms as per the need and not uniform.

Keep a track of content quality and validity on website, blogs and other social media platforms.

To meet various internal staff and HODs for content procurement and updation. Ensure the contents that are received are processed in 4 working days. To proactively maintain a calendar and follow up with various medical depts and other service dept for content collection. To maintain a database of various important health days, festivals and other dates of organizational value and create supporting content for the same, by coordinating with various relevant stakeholders. To coordinate with designers, web designers and vendors for proper outcome of final product. To get patient testimonial, (AV , written format) visuals in coordination with floor facilitators and other staff for necessary posting and promotional activities. To coordinate for website and social media development. To present regularly the report on institute performance on social media platform. Coordinates with various depts. for regular content receiving. Send regular educational and interesting mailers to all. To facilitate and Liase with web site / Digital marketing agency to get our content posted. Coordinates with the vendors to get regular updates of market w.r.t to digital marketing and web site modificDesigns various content and literature necessary for web site. Writes article or do proper content editing for matters to be published on digital media. To ensure up to date content are made available at all platforms viz:- TV, Kiosk, social media, website etc. To update management on latest developments in the area of work assigned. To give a monthly update on activities apart from periodical reporting to the HOD. Coordinates with various depts. for literatures and brochures. Ensures updated content is received from all departments. Ensures all public display materials are up to date including T. V. and other digital displays. Assist HOD in designing and other promotional materials. Assists in various events and activities of the organization. Assisting in camps, seminars and other Branding & Promotion activities. Handles responsibilities assigned as and when.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:



Bachelor's Degree (Arts / Commerce / Science) / Master's Degree (Marketing) Proficient computer skills and in-depth relevant knowledge of MS Office Proven experience of Front Desk / communication management.
