Be responsible for driving Spotlight content efforts globally, including content programming and execution of cross-functional content strategy.
Be an expert in internet culture and deeply understand how content platforms work, with a particular focus on UGC.
Oversee a seven-day-a-week programming schedule and build tentpole content initiatives to inspire creation and engagement in the Global market.
Analyze and report on the state of the local content and creation ecosystem, including content development efforts, performance, feedback, user experience, and cross-functional reporting.
Develop incentives and platform feedback mechanisms that encourage inclusive and high-quality content creation from the entire online community. Help to develop creative tools and content formats that help more of our community express themselves.
Support key content initiatives and coordinate execution with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, PR, Music, Product and Partnerships.
Monitor and foster relevant and engaging trends to help define Spotlight content and ease community participation.
Be an expert on Online Marketing and voice in order to extend the product offering in an authentic and grounded manner.
Expertise in internet trends and pop culture
Deep understanding of content platforms, especially UGC
Strong creative taste and discretion and experience working on creative projects
Outstanding analytical skills and a strong facility with data
Ability to mix quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform decision-making
Outstanding execution skills and the ability to proactively add value
