Leading the local execution of the marketing campaigns and D2C commerce across all owned, earned and paid channels.
Partner with Agencies and customers for driving creative content , engagement and eventual outcomes for the category across the region
Lead content engines for specific categories across regions Social/Digital/Commerce/Ecom/Integrations/Influencers/OOH
Responsible for driving engagement with agency partners and working across internal and external agencies
Work closely with the Group Marketing & E-Commerce resources to drive critical capabilities (e.g. E-commerce/shop, new business models, consumer care, community management, people based marketing/CRM, activation management)
Media management, PR, consumer care and management of foundational in collaboration with consumer marketing and sales across regions
Lead the execution and constant optimization of D2C digital marketing activation strategy through content to build our brand, drive sales and to boost our market position
Come up with Target audience and category social trends and catch the tail wind to drive buzz around Personal health across regions for specific categories
Develop creative and execution tool kit for New launches and existing bets
Lead the roll out of the new digital marketing strategy based on local briefing and global creation Gain a deep understanding of the modern customer needs to drive business growth and deepen (digital) consumer and customer engagement
Support rollout and scale up of new digital models: L&I, subscriptions etc. in the Market
Set up detailed AOP underpinned with key launches and campaigns
Work closely with other functions like, supply and care to ensure a great local consumer experience and content
Work closely with central team to pilot global projects and develop best practice
You're the right fit if:
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of content creation -social/digital/influencers/commerce/ecom etc and leading the engines with minimum 6 years of experience in organisations high on social digital content and partnerships
Displays Consumer first attitude has networks of content creators and agencies which help us leverage trends and content commensurately
Extremely collaborative individual as the role demands close partnership with category leaders and different stakeholders across the Philips internal and external ecosystem
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
