About the Role
BuildAmbit is seeking a
dynamic, confident, and high-impact Lead On-Camera Presenter
to serve as the face of our learning content. This role is central to delivering premium educational experiences for professionals and learners in
architecture, BIM, design, engineering, and construction
domains.
The ideal candidate brings strong on-camera presence, exceptional articulation, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, learner-friendly content across video-based learning formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Camera Presentation & Hosting
Present structured educational content, courses, masterclasses, and explainer videos with clarity and authority.
Host video shoots, webinars, interviews, panel discussions, and live learning sessions.
Adapt tone, pacing, and delivery style based on content type (courses, short-form content, promotional videos, social media, etc.).
2. Content Delivery & Structuring
Thoroughly understand scripts, lesson plans, and storyboards developed by the content and instructional design teams.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure accurate, smooth, and impactful delivery.
Actively suggest improvements to script flow, clarity, learner engagement, and presentation effectiveness.
3. Creative & Brand Contribution
Work closely with marketing and content teams to create high-quality promotional and brand-led video content.
Participate in ideation and brainstorming for new formats such as educational series, reels, masterclasses, and thought-leadership content.
Bring personality, credibility, and consistency to BuildAmbit's on-camera brand presence.
4. Shoot Preparation, Coordination & Review
Prepare diligently before shoots by rehearsing scripts, understanding concepts, and managing timing.
Coordinate with videographers, production teams, and editors during shoots and post-production.
Review edited content and provide feedback on delivery, visuals, pacing, and overall quality.
Requirements:
Experience
3-7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
On-camera presenting or hosting
Content anchoring or storytelling roles
EdTech, media, training, or corporate communication
Public-facing educational or instructional content
Prior experience in EdTech or professional learning environments is a strong advantage.
Skills
Exceptional verbal communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
Strong camera presence with confidence and clarity.
Ability to simplify and explain complex or technical concepts.
Excellent control over pacing, tone modulation, and presentation etiquette.
Ability to take direction while also contributing creative input.
