Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Content Head

to lead our content function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

social media copywriting

, hands-on experience in a

digital marketing agency

, and the ability to manage and mentor a content team while delivering high-quality, performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the content team (copywriters, social media executives, etc.) Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and digital marketing campaigns Create and review high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all content Collaborate with performance marketing, design, and strategy teams Plan content calendars and oversee timely execution Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights and trends Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a

Digital Marketing Agency

Strong expertise in

social media copywriting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in

team leadership and content management

Ability to think creatively as well as strategically Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
