In this role, you will work closely with support, product and engineering teams to achieve customer and business goals, and develop plans, content, and experiences to achieve measurable outcomes. You'll use data and insights to measure content, improve discoverability, and discover opportunities to improve customer success. You'll develop a deep understanding of Pro Design products, and the competitive landscape to deliver content that increases Adobe's brand, value and trust with customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing content in the software industry, with excellent background in customer support, customer engagement, sales and marketing. This person is able to work independently with multiple partners, meet commitments, and improve overall engagement.
