Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is seeking a

smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Editor

to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing long-form blog posts, articles, news updates, and industry insights across our B2B media platforms.



This role requires strong writing, editing, and SEO skills to deliver high-quality content that informs, engages, and adds value to our professional audience worldwide. As part of a growing media and digital publishing company, you will collaborate with multiple teams and play a key role in shaping the voice of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Research industry-specific topics and trends to generate compelling content ideas. Write, edit, and proofread long-form articles, blogs, and updates that are clear, original, and SEO-friendly. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and strategy. Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to optimize content performance. Update, repurpose, and refresh older content to maintain relevance and engagement. Apply SEO best practices including keyword placement, internal linking, and formatting for visibility. Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring error-free and engaging copy. Manage multiple writing and editing projects while meeting deadlines.

Candidate Profile

Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity. 2-5 years of experience in content writing, editing, or digital publishing. Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress (or similar). Basic knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Serious about content quality and ownership of work.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or Digital Media.
