Key Responsibilities

Review and edit content created by writers for accuracy, clarity, grammar, tone, and style. Identify and correct errors in language, structure, factual information, and formatting. Rewrite or refine content sections to improve readability, quality, and engagement. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, style guides, and messaging frameworks. Collaborate with writers to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Conduct basic fact-checking and verify sources when needed. Optimize content for SEO (where applicable) while maintaining natural readability. Work closely with content managers and creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content. Maintain an organized workflow and track revisions efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of professional editing or content writing experience

. Strong understanding of grammar, writing conventions, and editorial best practices. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail. Ability to rewrite content to improve clarity, structure, and engagement. Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword usage. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
