This req is for FTE conversion of Neha Bajpai.Key Responsibilities:-Exp in conversion, structuring, and optimization of content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digitizing large volumes of text.-Exp in OCR tools, content management systems, metadata tagging, and automation workflows to streamline the digitization process.-Proficiency in MS Office.-Understanding of Agile methodology and processes-Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills-Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback-Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases-Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities-Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.-Hands-on experience with JIRA and any Test Case writing tool-Excellent interpersonal skills.3 must havesContent Digitization 4/5Jira 4/5Agile 3/5
