We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to coordinate between our foundation and the digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing content requirements, reviewing quality, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning all digital outputs with the foundation's brand values, campaigns, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the foundation and the digital marketing & content creation team.
Develop and share content briefs with the team in line with the foundation's campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Review and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of delivered content (social media posts, blogs, videos, press releases, newsletters).
Monitor content calendars and make sure deadlines are met.
Align content with the foundation's mission, vision, and brand voice.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, events, outreach) to gather updates and convert them into content requirements.
Track campaign performance (basic analytics) and report outcomes to management.
Suggest new ideas, trends, and strategies for better audience engagement.
Maintain digital assets repository for easy access and usage.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in content coordination, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
Ability to review and refine content (editing/proofreading skills preferred).
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
