Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
Develop structured, curriculum-aligned digital learning content including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, presentations, and activity-based modules.
Create multimedia-friendly content that fits LMS formats--videos, interactive activities, quizzes, micro-learning units, and teacher notes.
Ensure all content aligns with
CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE standards
and follows KIPPCA's academic guidelines.
Research and incorporate modern pedagogical practices, real-life applications, and skill-based learning.
Work with SMEs and the Academics Head to refine, review, and enhance content quality.
2. Teaching & Delivery
Conduct classroom instruction or online sessions as per academic schedules.
Use innovative, student-centered teaching methods to ensure engagement and clarity.
Evaluate students through classwork, homework, assessments, and projects.
Provide personalized feedback and academic support where needed.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
3. Collaboration & Academic Support
Work closely with the Academics Head to execute academic plans and ensure quality.
Coordinate with other teachers, SMEs, and content teams for timely delivery of academic materials.
Participate in academic audits, review cycles, and quality enhancement sessions.
Support in implementing blended learning models using the LMS.
4. Innovation & Digital Readiness
Contribute creative ideas for interactive learning modules, assessments, and activities.
Utilize digital tools, authoring platforms, and LMS features effectively.
Stay updated with educational technology trends and incorporate best practices in content design.
Adapt teaching methodologies to online and offline formats as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject specialization.
Prior experience as a
Teacher or Content Developer
(minimum 2-4 years preferred).
Experience working with
CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE
curriculum is mandatory.
Strong command over subject area with ability to simplify concepts for learners.
Familiarity with digital content creation and LMS platforms.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
